VAGA FINANCE ANALYST (for Operations & Safety and Operations Risk)
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting, business administration or Economics with CRC, CRA, CPA.
- Experience with accounting reconciliation, solid knowledge of Internal Control and an expert in MS Excel.
- Experience with MXM will be a plus.
- Advanced English.
Accountabilities:
- Provide financial support for the tagged functions Operations and S&OR in the business planning processes such as:
o GFO, 8Q, 5 year Plan;
o Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis;
o On the investment governance process: FM, ATN, AFE preparation and commercial assurance of investment choices; among others.
- Support assurance and coordination of partner governance and processes (partner budgets, partner allocations, royalty/SPE calculations, impairment, inventory, JIBs, JV Billing, Cash Calls, OCM and TCM support, JV Audit, project economics, etc);
- Provide support for the work with IST and Operations on the crude sale controls, revenue, and compliance with contracts.
- For the month/quarter end, support the provision of the accruals for production, opex, capex, revex and cash costs.
- Ensure integrity of Financial and Non-Financial information.
- Provide control support for area of accountability.
