Vaga Sales Manager - B2C


Description:
Reporting to the Country Sales Manager, the Sales Manager - B2C will be responsible for a subset (5-10 people) of the company’s sales force. The role will involve being responsible for all aspects of the performance of the team, including but not limited to: tracking performance data, setting up processes, sales training, launching sales campaigns and motivational contests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership ability as well as solid analytical skills to work in a data-driven environment. The candidate must have sales management experience.

Job activities:
- Directly manage a team of 5-10 sales representatives
- Create performance tracking systems with KPIs
- Quantitative analysis of sales team performance data; find actionable insights
- Motivate and coach sales team
- Create and document processes for team and company
- Conduct sales training
- Conduct systems training
- Learn and implement best practices from sales teams abroad
- Interface with other departments within the company

Qualifications/Skills:
Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing salespeople
- Fluent English
- Quantitative data analysis skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excel – advanced skills
- PowerPoint – advanced skills

Desired but not required:
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience in creating and developing KPIs
- Experience as trainer or coach
- Experience as salesperson
- Fluent Spanish
